Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy tickets or merchandise from Business Women of St Marys on this website.
Who you are buying from
You are buying from Business Women of St Marys. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and paid directly to Business Women of St Marys. This website is run for Business Women of St Marys by BigShoow, which is not the seller.
Prices and payment
Prices are in AUD and include GST where it applies. Your booking or order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
Tickets
Your ticket is the QR code in your confirmation email. Each ticket admits one person once. Please do not share or resell it. Event details, times and line-ups can change, and we will email you about any important change.
Merchandise
If you choose pick up, collect your order as shown on your order page. If you choose shipping, we send it to the address you gave at checkout and email you when it ships.
Refunds
Tickets are not refundable for a change of mind, unless the event page says otherwise.
If we cancel an event, you get a full refund. If we move it to a new date and you cannot attend, ask us and we will refund you.
Merchandise that is faulty or not as described will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
Change-of-mind returns on unused merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us first.
None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits them.
